Hey all hope yall did good today I think I did. Breakfast A Breakfast sandwhich, sausage egg between toast with sunny d, lunch I had two rows of graham crackers and water, dinner I two pieces of fried catfish with a very small portion of spagetti with water, and my exercise today was 45 min of dancing to some upbeat music. I really think I burned some cal's today I worked up a BIG sweat, if anyone knows what I did bad that I could change reply please, or anything I could add to the diet. Thanks =)
