hey guys! i just got done working out and feel great. I did it for about an hour and a half..like treadmill, abs, this other machine that we have and some pilates things. I also ever had a basketball game so im even more proud of myself for exercising more! today i didnt eat very well because i was at my brothers wrestling meet all day after my basketball game, from like 11 am-5pm. For breakfast i had a bowl of Fruity Pebbles cereal with fat free skim milk. then i just had a granola bar, a little chocolate thing and a gatorade. Then about 5 i went to Subway and had a 6inch turkey and ham sandwich..with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise(i know..bad). It was soo good!!!!! i was doing pretty good..but then i got home and pigged! i had some cookies..a few fruit snacks and a diet coke. o well..tomorrow ill start a new day and not pig out!! im 5'9..225lbs..15 years old. thanks for listening! bye
