HI everyone! not 2 bother u all, but please tell me how i did- Breakfast; Two egg Omlette (a little ham, chili peppers inside etc) with some milk (skim)-Lunch; Chicken sandwhich and an Orange with water Dinner: Chicken w/ potatoe and Veggies...---I put in a little of everything....fruit, dairy, meat, wheat, vegetables...and for excersise, 1 hr of dancing and 30min on the treadmil....a little aerobics 2...So how did i do? good luck with all your goals though!
