Message Replying To From Jackie, Age 16 I need some ways to loose weight. Im 16, 5'5 or so and weigh about 170 Im not drastically overweight but ive been trying and trying and cant seem to get it off. i play softball and we run and workout almost every day, so if i can just eat right i should be ok. But i dont know how to eat right and what to eat. Can anyone help?? I need it. See my sister used to be bulimic and she was always bigger than me and she went thro alot with her recovery and shes finally loosing weight healthily. And shes down to 130 now and shes older than me and in college. and its driving me crazy cause she liked to throw it back in my face sometimes. Like she used to give me her clothes that were too small for her. and now she gives me her clothes that are too big!!!! And im really happy that shes healthy and stuff. But i'd like to be too...nyone have any ideas plz help!!!!! |
