Message Replying To From Shannon, Age 16 well i am back to school and back to trying to eat healthier and exercise every day but sundays. ne ways for B: I hade oatmeal (130) and some grapes, for Lunch i had a small salad with a half a piece of ham, fat free ranch, sugar free jello, a fruit cup (50) and a large apple, then after school i am exercising in the weight room, then going home maybe eating a special K bar or yougart, then i am having dinner (not sure yet)...does this sound ok |
