oops one more thing sorry k normally for breakfast as part of my 1200 calorie diet i eat a fat free yogurt with kashi cereal and fat free cool whip mixed together with fat free hot chocolate ( 400 cal breakfast) but we got these skinny cow ice creams and they have calcium they're sooo good but if i dont have one for breakfast i wont be able to fit it into my plan really is it okay if i sub in one of those for the yogurt for awhile?! they're awesome!
