hiya, i went to the doctors today and ive found out that ive got the mumps so im not alowed to leave my house all this week. normally i have a really active day, walking to and from school and then going to work and the gym in the evening and im afraid by not doing all this that im going to put on weight. does any1 have any easy exercises that i can do that will help stop this but that arent 2 hard because i feel really ill! let me know. thanks! xxx
