Message Replying To From ashley, Age 14 this is my exercises for the day so far : a lot of abs, sped walk a mile, i worked my arms, lovehandles, and legs what i ate - sandwhich, 2 slices of toast with butter, 100 calorie pack of wheat thins, and water to drink all day should i eat more today? stop eating for today? exercise more? or what? |
