Hey everyone hope everyone is doing extra good today, today I had a low fat pop tart and milk for breakfast, a tyson spicy chicken sandwhich and i put jalapeno peppers on it for the extra fire, they also didnt have my fav salad dressing out so i had a couple of frys with a carton of milk. For dinner i had a saucer of spagetti and 3 pieces of garlic bread <~ broiled and a glass of lemonade with dinner. I just had a snack another pop tart, And now im going to go have an apple. I did 35 crunches today and no heavy workout. Personal problem, its no prob if anyone wants to know. AIM sexililhunnieboo or yahoo tinkerbellz_caramelkiss07 feel free to IM me :)
