Message Replying To From kally, Age 17 Okay, i dont understand why i'm not losing anymore i'm liike slowly gaining and its frusterating!! i work out 45- hour / day combined cardio and weight training . Today I had- Skinny cow ice cream with fat free cool whip, (200) fat free hot chocolate w/ fat free cool whip (100) and 1/2 cup kashi on top (100). I had gum/extras/mints adding up to 200 cals. Then , i had a salad with fat free croutons and fat free dressing (100) , another fat free hot chocolatee (100), andd a boca patty (120) with fat free cheeses (100) , and ketchup (50.) Pllus a bunch of grapes! (150)- this equals 1220... i eat like this daily but nothihngs happening.. i stop eating before 7, i'm getting so frusterated. help me!! |
