well i was wondering how i did today, For B: 2pieces of light wheattoast (70), a banana and a little over 1/2 peanut butter, for LUnch i had a small salad with ham, yogart(90) with kashi(60) and an apple, Snack, peach, for dinner i had a a boneless pork chop, non fat cottage cheese and green beans then i had 3 strawberries, i also ran a mile and walked a half a mile, and worked on legs abs and arms
