well today it feels like i ate so much but it was kinda all healthy foods but i am not sure, can ne one tell me, i know i ask this all the time but i am desperate on knowing sorry if i annoy people, ne ways for B: I had oatmeal (160 cal) for lunch i had 1 piece of cooked ham lunch meat on 2 pieces of light wheat ham (70), alot of strawberries, an apple, and a 90 cal yogart, then ran a mile on low speed and walked a half of mile and did some ab and arm things not alot though, and got home and had like 6 huge strawberries again, for dinner i am not sure what i am having, eaither a porkchop with cottage cheese, fried fish which i know is bad for u thats why i dont want it and cottage cheese, or a sandwich with fruit..so how did i do?
