i know its not soo healthy, but as long asi'm getting the require amount from the food groups daily, is it okay if i'm eatting the same things? for some reason it makes me feel like my weight will go up if i eat different foods.. its silly i know. otherwise the opposite, if i eat the same thing will it make me gain? 1200 cals per day and like 10 -15 g of fat
