If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From candace, Age 14 GAH I THINK I DID KINDA BAD, BUT I DONO, NOT TOO BAD IGUESS, BUT NOT THE BEST. OKAY BREAKFAST-LOW FAT RAISEN CEREAL, LUNCH-HALF A PACK OF PEANUT BUTTER CRACKERS AND A BANANA (NOT VERY BIG KNOW) SNACK-APPLE SAUCE. THEN I DID BAD FOR DINNER, I WENT OUT AND I HAD A HAM SANDWICH (ON BUNS) WITH CHEESE AND THEN A HUGE LOADED BAKED POTATO. I FIGURE I HAD LIKE 1800 CALS, WHICH ISNT GOOD. I RAN 4 MILES THOUGH, AND I DID 400 CRUNCHES. DID I DO OKAY?? |
