hey, im trying to take ur advice and eat more, i had a bowl of cerel 150 for breakfast, a lean pocket 300 for lunch and dont know what im gonna have for dinner yet but im gonna try to make it like 400 cal and then mabe have fruit for a snack i mean i know thats still not a whole bunch of cals but im gonna try, just dont wanna do it all at once
