HEy today.....B: Apple sauce...L: Bagel with cream cheeseD: not sure, havent had it yet.and tahts all im going to eat today because im not really hungry, and i weigh in tommorow!OH since today was my two week mark wsince i started to be healthy, i measured my waist and i lost two inches off of it!! YESS!!!!As far as exercise goes, today i did 40 minutes of Kickboxing, but nothing else, because yesterday i did only strength training, and i did alot of it, so i figured i should only do my cardio today (i also had pretty bad cramps :( )....Let me know how i did and how i can improve!! My weigh in is tomorrow!!! ahhh!!!m
