Hi Everyone!!!!! Well I just started today and I love this site already. I came here for support from all you guys. I feel very old but I hope you guys can help me too. My goal is to loose about 15 pounds. from 140 to about 125 mind you i havent weight 125 since i was about 12 and am a size 11/12..... i was 157 but have lost 17 pounds over the past year some how. maybe stress with college. I was wondering if there were any others out there that need to loose 15 pounds and or if you already lost it how did you do it. I just joined a gym but dont know what to really do. PLEASE RESPOND if you have any tips or advice I'd really apreciate it!! THANKS A BUNCH ;O)
