hey you guys,whats up i am doing good!! I have lost likea couple of pounds i have gone to the gym like 4 days a week for 2 hours and it is really helping i see a good difference!!! So my advice is to like wrok out and you really will see a difference in about 10 days.. and believe me!! if you work hard at it and eat the right food groups.. i weigh 170Ibs. i used to weigh 175Ibs...If you need any help please reply back to this..Rachel
