Heyy i wrote on this message bord before ppl said that they needed to lose that same amout or that they wanted on there buddy list........thankyou alot....but can some 1 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell how to lose 40 pounds in about 3 mounths....i would really appretiate it. if i find this info out i will inform any 1 who asked to be..ill update you on how when i get it.
