k i ate over like 1200 cals i think yesterday.. but i twa sall foods that are okay? Tell me if you think this will break me, ( keep me from losing weight??) BF- fat free yogurt with fat free cool whip and 1/2 cup kashi mixed in, 200 cals in gum/suck candies.., then i had a chicken breast with a slice fat free cheese, fat free ranch dressing and croutons on a salad, a baked potato with fat free cheese and broccoli on it, and then for dessert a skinny cow, 1 spoonful frozen yogurt and fat free cool whip. Did i do okay today or should i cut out excesss?!!
