Message Replying To From ashkabashka, Age 14 Ok soo, i realized i havent been eating enough calories (it turns out the bread i keep eating isnt 80 calories a slice, its 40, and the turkey i have been eating isnt 100, its 60) so i tried eating a little more today but i feel like i ate too much. for breakfast i had two 90 cal granola bars,for lunch a sandwich that added up to 140 calories and a 100 cal snack pack, for snack i had low fat icecream (just a treat! i never normally have it) that i measure and is like 130 calories, and then for dinner i had a smart ones that was 280 with two pretzel sticks which add up to 110. now i need to add that all up... wonderful... plus whipped cream on the icecream that i forgot, which make 1000. wow i feel a lot better! i still have 200 calories left... i'll eat some fruit (didnt all day because all we had were rotten grapes). Alrite i just had to write this to make sure of myself! im going to go crunch now! -ashka |
