ok..i am not really that fat..but im going into highschool and all my friends are hott and skinny...and i am gaining a TON of muscle right now..and am 5'6 and 140 lbs. i have this problem where i eat ALL the time, and ppl thought it was so cute..and i did 2 untill i started gaining so much..so if i lose it and totally eat 2 much, does ne1 know any techniques on how to either make myself throwup or how 2 fast the calories off? i DONT want ne1 replying with thoses little letters about how its bad 4 me.. I KNOW
