If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From *~*~*~, Age 16 ok i wanna loose bout 20 lbs b4 summer....rite now since its lent im not eating as many sweets but i still get horrible cravings...wht is sumthin i can do to not give in to my cravings and also does ne1 any exercises i can do at home...cuz i have tennis 1 hour 1 a week and me n my friend r tryn to figure out days we can go to the gym, but wht about whn we cant...wht can do at home?? thnx! |
