today i started up on my "eating right" again. I have had a grapefruit, a piece of turkey, some pretzels, and tonight we are having like this ...pasta thing, its like pasta,low fat cream of mushroom soup, and cut up turkey, i am also going to have a salad and some fruit. tonight i wil do taebo and cruntches and then jog for a bit. im within my weight watchers points but.how do u think im doing today?
