well im just kinda starting this .what can i say i use to weigh about 170 in seventh grade and now i weigh about 153 now. i kinda want my goal to be weighing about 120 or even 130.i have confidence in myself now.becuz last year was horrible for me i just kept eating and being extremly lazy i dont know why. when i was in sixth grade my sister and i would ride our bikes to the beach everyday andi was healthy but i dont know what happened but now i have a boyfriend and i want to lose a lot of weight becuz i weigh as much as him.and i feel odd wearing t-shirts and bathing suits now. i wear hoodies, and long sleve shirts all the time now i dont want to but im ..fat. and all i want to do is to lose anout 20 or more pounds by summer. anyone have any ideas of a good healthy way to lose weight becuz i havent been doing it well.
