If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Danyelle, Age 13 I have a tip for everyone whos trying to lose weight.. IF ur on a diet.. and u crave something like umm.. Oreos or ice cream.. EAT IT! not alot but a plentyful amount.. because (this is true) if you dont eat it.. ur craving build up and then u binge and eat way too much.. just eat enough so u member how good it taste.. not dont do this ALL the time.. but this is good for u every once n awhile1 and it helps u lose weight! |
