Hey guys whats up? I found a great way for motivation. Buy a fitness magazine like once a week. Whenever I buy one and read it, I always wanna try out the fitness plans and diet tricks they use. Its great motivation. I've got about 10 more lbs to my goal. My weigh in is next Tuesday!! Heres what I've been doing. I wake up and have a bowl of cereal. At lunch I have a salad and orange. For supper I eat what my mom makes, but I watch the portions. I exercise a lot and eat a lot of healthy foods. I cut out sugar of my diet also. I only drink milk and water and use the food pyramid as my guide. It really does work! i also love going on long walks in my neighborhood even if its 20 degrees. Hope that helps.
