I am not over wieght but i no stuff then can help u and here are some:ExersiseEat whole meals Watch the junk Eat only when u are hungryDont eat bc ur BORED find something else to do Play sports Go outsideGO for walks with ur friends i am sure they will be happy to helpI have never been over weight but i do everything above and they keep me in shape!GOOD LUCK U CAN DO IT !!
