If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From jenn, Age 1 I have a great TIP. On the Denise Austin website, i found how many cals u should eat on a 1500 cal diet. Here it is... Breakfast-300 cals Midmorning snack-100 cals Lunch-400 cals Midafternoon snack-200 cals Dinner-500 cals. I bet u peeps probably know that, but just incase there u go. ~jenna |
