Message Replying To From Christina, Age 16 Hey again. Thankyou to those who responded to be about what I ate yesterday. I took what you said under consideration (Anne, Jenn, Rachael). So today I had cereal once again for Breakfast, Lunch I had a lean Cuisean meal which was about 250 calories. For a snack I had 2 cups of dry cereal. (Honey Nut Cherios). For supper I had Ravioles with sause and a little bit of cheese topping. Tonight I am going to the gym for an hour and a half. I will lift weights and use the eliptical. Is what I ate today good or anything I should change? Thankyou very much! |
