Message Replying To From Alyssa, Age 14 Hey guys! Today i ate 3 bites of a salad for breakfast. Then for lunch i had 3 BIG strawberries with wip cream and about 7 pretzels. For dinner i had speghetti with a big glass of water and now i'm about to go walking for 15 minutes. this is a bigggggggg change in my eating habbits...its really hard but so far, so good... considering im just starting today. i reaally want to lose about 12 pounds by summer so i can feel comfortable in a bikini. any suggestions on anything else i could do to help me reach my goal??! please leave comments!!! thanx!! -alyssap.s. - 5'5" 144 pounds.goal weight- 115-120 |
