From Desperate, Age 16

I am 16 years old , 5'8 and I wiegh 195 pounds. I have tried so hard to eat right and exercise, but i have some medical problems to the point where i really can't all the time. What should i try? For example i don't eat breakfast, i never have time. for lunch i eat a salad OR a turkey samdwich with ice tea, then for dinner i have what ever my parents cook. i also have a snack after school, so i don't know if i'm eating too much or what.E-mail me please if you like with some help..Prinssangel89@aol.com
