Message Replying To From 999, Age 16 well i heard some where that in order to BURN FAT u have to keep your heart rate at your target zone which is 220- your age for 20 minutes. well i do cardio for about 20-30 minutes on the eliptical and it is never up there. do i still burn fat? and i think i am burning muscle not fat, what things can i do to prevent that? |
