hey im 5'3'' 135-140 lbs!!my work out iz run a mile & a half in the morn & @ nite do 60 crunches-dance sit ups-60 stair push ups-65 side bend things w/10 lbs!plezz help me 2 lose wait cuz this dsnt reel seem to be working!& i wanna losee 10 - 15 lbs by june!thanx every1!!!!!!!!!!!
