If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Hayley, Age 15 sorry about the last post, my computer wasn't updating the posts on this board. ANYWAYS, I tried to really eat healthy this week, and I only went over my points (weight watchers) once, and the only thing I did differently was exercise less, and I gained a pound! I know I probably would have lost more if I exercised, but I just gave myself a week break and tried to really focus on eating, and i didn't think not exercising would actually make you GAIN weight! What is going on and what can I do to start losing again?? |
