this is what i plan on eating for friday lemme kno if its good or not; B-bagel and yogurt (330) L- cheese pizza like 1 or 2 slices D-fish dinner and a couple of fries...ik thats not the BEST things to b eating but im catholic and i cant eat meat on fridays so yah this is the only day this week that i have been bad so is it ok to "slip up" for one day but get back on track the next?? <3
