today i did good....so far...i have had, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 suasage, 2 mini poppy seed muffins, 5 blackberry chicken nugget things from whole foods(i dunno..they sound weird but tast really good) fresh fruit, some type of salsa dip and like 10 chips or so...so i am proud of myself! i have been working out alot to lately yay!! (5.4, 146lbs) 11lbs to go!!
