ok for breakfast i had 1 special k waffle (70) for lunch i had a jimmyjohn slim and propel (400?) for snack i had a 100 cal pac (100) and an apple (100) and for dinner im having a hamburger (130) on a low cal bun (70) with katchup (15) how is toay is that ok... i had softball for 3 hours and am doing 200 crunches... 5 days till flordia!
