Here is a great plan to loose weight! -When eating fatty food like (cake, doughbut, brownies) try to cut it in half and save the rest later. -exercise to at least 2 hours a day. Walk for about 15 minutes, then jog for 15 minutes, then run for 15 minutes, then jog, then walk. Keep it all balenced. Bring a ice cold bottle of water so when you walk you can take a nice drink. -try to eat healthy. If you are hungry for a snack try carrots or celery. -Oh yeah, before you exercise make sure you stretch out first! :-) -If you want, when you feel sad about your weight, make a box with good comments about yourself and pick one out. Giving yourself good inspiration. (Thats what I do when someone makes fun of me) It makes me happy. Thats it for today, I'll try to keep you up to date!
