ok, so yesterday i was kinda depressed bout not having lost any weight yet, so i did the whole "you need to get yourself together" talk with myself. And i knew i didnt to start super exercising, so i did something i have never done before, instead of starting tomorrow, i started today! all of this being yesterday, and i went jogging with my friend. It was soooo hell-ish, for a whole hour, my first time ever. But it was good, i feel good today! Awesome. Ok, quick- whats the exercise rule? Is it like 1/2 hour 5 times a week, or what? cuz i got bball twice a week for 1.5h, and jogging twice a week also for an hour, and i can swim once too for however long i want. Good?
