Hi guys, My mom and i are tring to lose weight, so one of the main things that we are doing, of course is eating healthier. The only problem is...she keeps making UNhealthy food for dinner. Foods like pasta, steak cooked in ALOT of butter, and getting pizza instead of cooking. Should I tell her to start making different meals or should I just have smaller servings???? OR should I just make a different dinner for myself??? please help.
