hey you guys i lost weight before but i gained some back almost half actually i gained 18 pounds over the summer which is really really bad i use to weigh 175 but went down to 116 and now 134 so i really need help to get back on track im just so disappointed i have gained that much back but here is what i plan to do i plan to run/jog every day and record how many miles i do i normally do a minimum of two because im now on the track team so the milleage will hopefully be increasing a lot also i do three sets of fifty crunches a night and then i do leg lifts and 5-10 pushups. weekends i normally go to the gym and swim twenty laps and then go lift weights but i have been slacking this week what im really asking for is some advice on dieting if yall have any tips i really would love to hear them
