Hey! As you can see my name is Alexa, I am 13 and I am in 8th grade...I weigh about 170 lbs right now. I am on my school cheerleading team and I LOVE to dance...(I just started performing this year in my school cheerleading...so I have never taken dance class really before) Now that you know that...the problem is at the high school I am going to there is a dance team...and I REALLY want to be in it...the problem is my weight...I know I am skilled enought to do some of their moves and it will be easy to learn them...the only thing is I know I need to get fit...cause everyone else on the team is...Does anyone know how I could lose weight fast? The try-outs are in April wich gives me almost a month...I do have a large need of food. So is there any like healthier food I could eat a lot of? Are there any CHEAP diets? Any tips without jogging like 500 miles a day and doing like 1000 crunches? I may join Curves to...does anyone know any info on that? Please I need answers fast...I need a hero!
