Hi everybody!!! I just wanted to know how i am doing to far. so.. breakfast: bran cereal and oj= 240 cals Lunch: sandwich, nutrigrain bar, juicy juice=440 cals Snack: apple=80 cals dinner: mac+cheese, pork, salad with fat free dressing, skim milk=400 cals. then i did my denise austin kickboxing video. My calories equaled to about 1260 cals. HOW DID I DO??? thankz guyz!! Good luck to everybody!! ~jenna
