Besides that, I have a way to go and lose weight faster (I got this off the vh1 t.v show Celeberty Fit Club) You should set goals for yourself like in 2 weeks you should lose 4 pounds, and if you do, you can go to the movies or hang out or even ask your parents to get along so they can let you stay up for a little longer if you make your goal, and if you dont, then you have to go tobed maybe 30 minutes earlier, like punish yourself if you dont make it, this will really encourage you to lose weight, and make your goals.
