you guys i keep hearing people say they want to lose weight so badly and they ask for "quick ways" to lose weight like the three day diet fasting all those things but im thinking if they really are desperate they would want to do it the healthy way and actually keep it off so theres something to think about if you guys ever have those unhealthy ideas like that..IT DOESNT STAY OFF!! unless you lose it the healthy way because you learn a whole new lifestyle and excersize plan...
