Tip #3: The key of excersise is to have fun! Never do any form of excersise that is so BORING because then you wont stick to it! if you go jogging, go with a friend and have a race, go dancing, go swimming make it fun! Good luck to everyone and these workds are coming from my heart i am not taking it from something, and i know the tips are b asic, but i love to help!
