~REPLY WRITING AREA~ |
Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From kels, Age 16 TO ALEXANDRIA_____u asked me what weight watchers was, and I replyed but it was an old post, so heres the reply again++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++weight watcher is great - it is REALLY structured which keeps me accountable. What you do is you count points each food is assigned a specific # of points (the program makes books w/ like every food you could possibly think of and tons of stuff and brands ive never heard of) it also has a book with points for stuff you can get @ places like wendys, McD's, taco johns, u know. You get a certain # of points I get 20 a day, and you choose how you use them. For instance you could have a pop, but it's 5 points !/4 of my total. Stuff thats higher in fiber has less points, and generaly, 1 p = 40-70 cals. most veggies have 0 pts cuz they have so much fiber. Its flexible Like today, I had Breakfast- all bran cereal W/ 1/2 c milk = 3 pts, Lunch smart ones tuna noodle = 5 pts, snack= hundred cal pack = 2 pts, dinner- (taco Johns) taco = 4 pts, churro = 4 pts, snack -1 ww choc cake = 1 pt cereal bar = 2 pts. I went one pt over, but thats ok because they give you "flex points" which are extra pts to use through the week. I have like 15 a week, and this is the 1 st day this week ive used any. AND you get pts back when u exercise, so I got three back for a 45 min jog, so actually Im still under. any other ?s email me @ western_chic@hotmail.com |
