Message Replying To From Catherine, Age 16 I just want to say something. Remember there is no amount of exercise that you can do, to get yourself to eat whatever you want and how much. So you got to eat healthy, a calorie is a calorie, and it is meant to be for energy. Even if your exercising hard core two hours a day, you cant overeat. You can eat a little more then if you arent exercising. But you still have to watch your calories. I used to think that way. Oh I ran today, I can eat more, then I would end up gaining weight. The combination of diet and exercise is best. But diet is the most important role in losing weight. I just wanted to share that with you, I hope I helped. |
