Hey everyone! I haven't posted in a while because I have been hanging out at another forum, but while I was there I found out about two great websites that I wanna tell you. First is www.dietbites.com, it is CHOCK FULL of information no matter what amount of weight you wanna lose. It is a bit complicated to navigate, but if you search around you will find what you need. Also there is http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html and it shows you every kind of exercise for EVERY muscle on your body!
